		<description>their unjustified reactions are more out of frustration and helpnessness that they could not make one kneel down before them and also possibly to frighten others from leaving,but they forget that today bright youngsters choose their bosses and organizations and fear and unfairplay are the last things to retain them in the organization.infact they ask themselves that if all this is happening with their colleague, how can it not happen with them,when they decide to leave.good and ethical organizations believe in least pain parting.but for this lot of courage is needed in bosses.</description>

		<description>Maybe coz they realise it&#039;s difficult to get ppl who will tolerate all the little wrong things...that it&#039;s difficult to fool ppl always and where will we get another one like this? but i think that sort of behaviour happens only in places with bad work ethics..i&#039;m sure not every company is like that..</description>
